Good news for all of you who like hot chicks on BNN. The new girl Anne Gaviola is pretty fine. Don't believe me? Check out this guy's blog. A little creepy, but useful for our purposes.
What else is going on out there? There are a few shitty blog posts out there, let's take some time to give them the ass raping they deserve.
Frugal Dad is back again, this time touting the use of a three level emergency fund. While there is value to having cash on hand at all times, having three fucking emergency funds is just redundant. I'm going one step further and introducing a 8 level emergency fund. Yes, that's as stupid as it sounds.
Dog is thinking about buying a house. Except she's going to "low ball" an offer. And then she wonders why her realtor isn't in too much of a hurry to write up the offer.
I know why! Can I answer!?!?!?!
It's because a shitty offer isn't going to be accepted. That means Dog is wasting everyone's time. I'm hardly surprised.
The Simple Dollar podcast might be the worst thing I've ever listened to. And I've been known to have my radio on the AM stations.

Where can I find more information on Anne? I 100% agree that she's 110% fiiiiiiine, she's the main reason I watch BNN.
Anne has a blog on BNN but it's hard to find. She's usually on at 6 if you can do a screen grab and I know this caue she's the reason I watch BNN too and it's definutly not cause of that old windbag
